New Vegetarian Restaurant Opening in East Memphis

"A locally owned, 'build your own veggie bowl' restaurant is opening in East Memphis.

Bad Hunter Veggie Bowl just signed a lease for nearly 1,500 square feet of space at 575 Erin Drive in the Erinway Shopping Center. It will mark the second restaurant concept from the people behind Downtown Memphis' South of Beale."

Loeb Converting 'Prime' Poplar Location into Office Space

"Once a bank, a Poplar Avenue building is about to be repurposed into office space.

Loeb Properties Inc., owner of the 5270 Poplar Ave. site, is in the process of giving the building a complete overhaul. Previously, it housed a Bank of America branch."
